project
In Houston’s West University area, a family preparing for a new addition wanted a safe, energy-efficient roof to protect their investment. The existing roof was over 15 years old and had signs of wear, including minor leaks and curling shingles.
We recommended a premium architectural shingle product that offers both enhanced aesthetics and Class A fire resistance. The roofing system also included upgraded synthetic underlayment and ridge vents for improved airflow.
The project took place over four days, with daily cleanup and safety measures to ensure the young children on-site remained safe throughout the process.

project goals
To upgrade the deteriorating roof with materials that improve performance while maintaining the historic charm of the home. We also aimed to improve attic ventilation and prevent future leaks.
the result
The project was completed ahead of schedule with minimal disturbance. The homeowners now enjoy a leak-free, energy-efficient roof with increased curb appeal. The shingle selection blended seamlessly with the classic exterior, earning praise from neighbors and the local HOA.
