project
Nestled in the heart of Houston’s Heights neighborhood, this charming 1930s bungalow was in dire need of a roof replacement. The homeowners were experiencing leaks and missing shingles after a particularly stormy season. Our team was tasked with preserving the architectural integrity of the home while upgrading the roof to withstand future Texas weather.
The old three-tab shingles were removed and replaced with high-performance architectural shingles that offer both visual appeal and enhanced durability. Care was taken to match the new roof to the home’s vintage aesthetic while incorporating modern underlayment and ventilation systems.
This project required meticulous attention to detail and careful scheduling to ensure minimal disruption to the homeowners, who remained on-site during the work.

project goals
To upgrade the deteriorating roof with materials that improve performance while maintaining the historic charm of the home. We also aimed to improve attic ventilation and prevent future leaks.
the result
The project was completed ahead of schedule with minimal disturbance. The homeowners now enjoy a leak-free, energy-efficient roof with increased curb appeal. The shingle selection blended seamlessly with the classic exterior, earning praise from neighbors and the local HOA.
